Yes, all FSA/HSA-eligible orders placed at Bauerfeind.us are backed by our 60-day money-back guarantee. However, because FSA funds expire, we cannot legally process a refund if the funds have expired at the time of the order return. This includes sales tax and expedited shipping costs included with your order.
Additionally, for the refund to be issued to the original payment method, the FSA/HSA card used to submit your order must still be active.
