The SecuTec Genu Flex features an adjustable Flex-Link System around the upper and lower leg for an individualized, secure fit that combines the stability of a hard-frame brace with the flexibility needed to support treatment and recovery.
The knee brace’s semi-flexible frame is formed using Flex-Links, which can be added or removed to accommodate circumference changes in the upper and lower leg as needed throughout recovery.
Engineered to be flexible in the direction of movement and tension-stable in the direction of therapy, the Flex-Link System enables the brace to adapt perfectly to the leg’s anatomy during movement. Therefore, the upper and lower leg muscles can move naturally without sacrificing knee stability or comfort.
Adjustable Range of Motion and Telescoping Hinges
The SecuTec Genu Flex stabilizes the knee according to the 4-point principle, which helps prevent unwanted twisting, side-to-side, and front-to-back leg movement.
With its tool-free range of motion (ROM) control, the ligament brace’s adjustable hinges can be set to immobilize the joint or limit flexion and extension as follows for treatment-specific adjustments and stability.

To suit various leg lengths, the SecuTec Genu Flex’s telescoping hinges can be shortened or lengthened for a truly anatomical fit. Additionally, the knee brace’s straps allow for simple donning and doffing.
